Indiqube Spaces is set to launch its IPO in 2025, with the issue expected to remain open for subscription for a few days within the year. This public offering follows the Book Built Issue route, aiming to mobilize approximately ₹850 crores. Out of this, ₹750 crores will be raised through a fresh issue, while the remainder will be an offer for sale of equity shares, each carrying a face value of ₹1.
The IPO price band is yet to be announced. The allocation split includes 75% for Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs), 15% for High Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs), and 10% reserved for retail investors. Indiqube Spaces is likely to get listed on both the BSE and NSE following the IPO. The final allotment date will also be disclosed in due course.
On the financial front, the company posted revenue of ₹867.66 crores for FY 2024, a notable rise from ₹601.28 crores in FY 2023. However, it also reported a widening net loss of ₹341.74 crores in 2024, compared to a loss of ₹197.9 crores the previous year

The company is known to provide a wide range of workplace solutions that consist of corporate hubs and branch offices to improve the employee experience with interiors, amenities, and services. The company offers complete workspace solutions by combining asset renovation, customized designs, and value-added services to both businesses and individuals. Currently, the company operates 103 centers across 13 cities including seven Tier I cities (Bengaluru, Pune, Chennai, Mumbai, Noida, Gurugram, Hyderabad) and six non-Tier I cities (Coimbatore, Kochi, Madurai, Jaipur, Calicut, Vijayawada), covering 7.76 million square feet of AUM with 172,451 seats. To expand, they added 41 properties to 5 new cities between March 31, 2022, to June 30, 2024. As of June 30, 2024, the company includes 625 permanent employees.
